A tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma which is about ten minutes from me here in Norman. So far over fifty are dead, most are children from one of the elementary schools that was hit. (Plaza Towers)
Over 150 are injured & this is just from today’s search. ( According to the M.E. the death toll may have reached 90+)
They’re claiming that this tornado has been more devastating than the Joplin tornado or the tornado that hit Moore back in 99’. I have seen pictures, videos, etc. from friends who went to check on family. Everything is just leveled. Literally only foundations & drive ways are left.
Everyone… if you can donate, & would like to you definitely should. I don’t have any material possessions that I can donate but I have my physical presence & will be contacting the Red Cross tomorrow to get information on orientation so I can join the search & rescue team.
